This hotel lobby design is derived from Trent Jansen's Briggs Family Tea Set.
It represents George Briggs, father in the Briggs Family. The lobby is a narrative of how he first step into Tasmania Island and where he met his aboriginal wife Woretermoeteyenner.
The dummy columns forces the hotel guests to alter their paths while moving towards the reception desk. It is also an exhibition space which displays Tasmanian Aboriginal Artists' works. The space also has a retail function.
thanks! You will need to change the FOV value of whichever camera your 3d software uses to "360", in my case, 3ds max with vray camera. You will get a panoramic rendering image & stitch it up with panorama softwares like pano2vr ([link]) and you're done!
btw, how to make a 3D view in one picture like this??
